Bangladesh is a Muslim country. Here this woman student openly doesn’t any work. But they are recent some work joining 20% woman. But some family this woman work dislike. Generally this situation is doing not credible any body. Any body believes that woman work is god, and not supported our environment. Environment said that work man is very foul. Man job is laughter our environment other but other country woman job is very interested & useful. Our country government is woman but not supported our environment. One subject supported our environment that marriage & home work. So woman all time complained of our environment & men position. Our woman job full supported government & 60% capable of in my country. Actually our country is independent but not supported for woman. Has good & very intelligent female student
but they aren’t supported our country. So others country woman between very lass our student woman 1.The role of woman in the development activities of our country always glorious in the past. Now-a-day woman are more conscious of their rights and obligations because they are now more or less educated in modern education 2.Their contribution to different sectors is very evident. But their contributions especially to garments industries during the last two decades are obviously laudable. Approximately 70% of our total foreign exchange is earned from this sector alone which goes a long way to solve our economic problem
3.The role of our woman in banking, teaching, insurance is no less significant then men. Their performance in the aforesaid sectors is up to the mark. The woman living in the rural areas are hard working. They help their husband in producing bumper crop or raising poultry. Many village women carry on small business taking loan from the Grameen Bank and struggle hard to change their lot.
4.In building roads and high ways, digging canals and construsting buildings their involvement is a must. Most of the sweepers are woman. To the country woman are also out standing political figures. Many of our women are ministers or heads of important departments of the government. 5. As prominent journalists and writers our woman are holding distinguished positions. Our women are undaunted and they are ready to accept any challenge of life in any circumstances. It is our woman with who along with our men have made Bangladesh so beautiful and a happy adobe for our survival by virtue of their intellectual power and tender love and care.

A good postgraduate degree from a well-known university, is essential for a better career path? Whoever, you can develop as a teacher by doing refresher course from time to time, by doing study and research and most importantly, by cooperating with your colleagues. 4. What problem does a female teacher face in developing her career? Opportunities for professional development exist equally for everyone in teacher. Yet due to social and family circumstance, it often becomes difficult for woman to take them. Thus, they fall behind in the merit race. It is not that easy for a woman to leave her family and home behind in order to receive training abroad, even sometime within the country.

Roughly, 30% of the working women are aged between 13 and 20 years. No, working condition in garments is not very friendly. Insufficient latrines, lack of lean drinking water, overcrowding, inadequate first aid arrangement and excessive noise are the main problem. Financial hardship, early marriage and socio-cultural norms restrict their mobility. Oh yes they suffered from a variety of physical complaints, aching, joints, fever, headaches, sore and painful eyes, jaundice, coughs and colds pain, abdominal pain and lass of appetite. Now I said story that successfully woman in Bangladesh bellow that She loves challenges and when it comes to pursuing her goal. Nothing can daunt her determination and courage. Today Rozia chowdhuary is one of the leading women of our country. In the early seventies when professional woman were not encouraged to seek jobs of their own choice, Ms Chowdhuary launched her own advertising agency, Adcom Ltd. Now, this is one of the biggest advertising firms in Bangladesh. “There is no alternative to hard work”, says Rozia Chowdhuary. “There is no short cut to success, “she adds. “You should also be passionate about your work, otherwise you will be depressed and that will affect your work and performance.
